To rent a motorbike at Motorbike Nguyen Ha, customers need to provide:

• Identification for the rental agreement: Bring an ID card or passport so one document can be photographed for the agreement. If you pay the monetary deposit and rental fee, your original document is not retained.
• Driving license (if applicable)
• Deposit: Vietnamese customers pay a monetary deposit of 2,000,000–5,000,000 VND plus the rental fee. Foreign customers may leave a passport as the deposit or pay a monetary deposit of 2,000,000–5,000,000 VND. Confirm the applicable arrangement before booking.
