Monthly Reference Rates

The amounts below are rental fees in Vietnamese dong. Keep the security deposit, fuel, parking and any agreed delivery separate. A reference price does not reserve a bike or guarantee that every model in a category is available.

Agree the period in writing. A monthly reference does not establish whether a particular booking uses calendar months, a fixed number of days or another agreed period. Confirm both timestamps rather than assuming an automatic extension or a prorated charge if your plans change.

Choose a Bike for Your Regular Journeys

Think about the journeys you expect to make most often: your accommodation, workplace, study location and shopping stops. Check the parking entrance and where you will keep the bike overnight. Include the return journey and any luggage, rather than choosing only by a model name or rental price.

An automatic scooter may be convenient if you can comfortably control it and are legally eligible to ride it. Vision and Air Blade have separate monthly references, so ask for the specific model you want. Use the Hanoi scooter rental guide to compare the decision points, then inspect the actual bike at handover.

A semi-automatic bike requires you to be comfortable with its gear controls. For an electric bike, confirm charging access with your accommodation and ask what equipment is supplied. Do not plan your commute around a battery range or charging time quoted for a different model.

If you are considering 50cc, verify the actual vehicle classification and the requirements that apply to you. A vehicle advertised as “50cc” is not a substitute for checking eligibility, the agreement and insurance. Start with the 50cc rental requirements guide and discuss the exact bike with the shop.

Keep the Deposit and Running Costs Separate

The published monetary deposit range is 2,000,000–5,000,000 VND, separate from the rental fee. Vietnamese renters pay the monetary deposit and rental fee. For foreign renters, the published options are a passport deposit or a monetary deposit within that range. Confirm the arrangement that applies to your booking and keep the agreement and payment record.

The shop photographs an identification document for the agreement. Original documents are not retained when the monetary deposit and rental fee have been paid. Read the rental documents and requirements and clarify any question before travelling to collect the bike.

For example, an Air Blade monthly reference is 1,500,000 VND. If a qualifying delivery is agreed at 50,000 VND for one leg, those two lines total 1,550,000 VND before the separate deposit and running costs. This is a budgeting example using published references, not a reserved vehicle or a confirmed quote for your address.

Fuel and parking depend on your actual use. Keep receipts or a simple record if you want to understand the cost of a regular commute. The monthly fuel tracking guide helps you record your own figures without borrowing another rider’s consumption estimate.

Arrange Booking and Handover

  1. Send the requested start and return dates, preferred bike and contact details.
  2. Confirm the model, final rental quote, deposit, documents and any additional service in writing.
  3. Agree the pickup or delivery point and time within the shop’s service hours.
  4. Inspect the actual bike, controls, lights, brakes and tyres with the shop. Photograph existing marks.
  5. Keep the agreement, payment record, return details and shop contact available during the rental.

You can use the rental booking message template to organise the enquiry. If the offered model changes before pickup, confirm its condition and quote instead of assuming that the original description still applies.

Pickup in Long Bien and Delivery Conditions

The shop is at Ngõ 5 Nguyễn Văn Cừ, Bồ Đề, Long Biên, Hà Nội, near Gia Lam Bus Station. Hours are 09:00–21:00 daily. Confirm the current meeting point before setting off, particularly if your driver is using an older saved location.

Delivery is available for qualifying multi-day, weekly and monthly rentals. The reference fee is 50,000 VND per leg within the agreed 10 km service area, or 100,000 VND for both directions. Outside that area, agree the fee beforehand. Delivery is not offered for hourly or short-term rentals or to Noi Bai Airport.

Send the full address and rental dates so the shop can confirm eligibility, the meeting point and fee. The delivery and pickup guide explains the service conditions. If you are staying in the centre, see the Old Quarter pickup and delivery guide without assuming there is a shop branch at your accommodation.

Plan Maintenance and Changes During the Month

Agree how and when to contact the shop about servicing. Do not assume unlimited maintenance, a replacement bike or a particular mileage allowance unless the agreement establishes it. Breakdown support hours are 09:00–21:00; customers must bring the bike to the shop for maintenance.

Use the monthly maintenance visit calendar to organise appointments and questions. The actual bike’s manual and the shop’s instructions determine what is needed. A general calendar does not override a warning light or a new mechanical problem.

If you move accommodation, update your contact and parking details. Follow the monthly rental accommodation checklist and tell the shop about any change affecting the agreed return. Contact the shop before extending; do not assume that a longer stay automatically reserves the same bike.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a monthly scooter rental?

Automatic scooters have a reference range of 1,200,000–2,000,000 VND/month. Vision is 2,000,000 VND/month and Air Blade is 1,500,000 VND/month. Confirm the specific model, dates and final quote.

Can I rent a 50cc bike by the month?

The published reference is 2,000,000 VND/month. Confirm availability and check the actual vehicle and your riding eligibility before booking.

Are all repairs and accessories included?

Do not assume so. Ask which equipment and services are included, where maintenance takes place and how the agreement handles damage, breakdowns or optional items.

What if I need a different return date?

Contact the shop before the agreed return time. Confirm availability, the new date and any charge in writing. A monthly reference alone does not establish a prorated extension or refund.
