Suitable for city commuting, sightseeing, and long trips.

What are your operating hours?

Working hours: 09:00–21:00. Breakdown support is available only during these hours via WhatsApp/Zalo.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes, delivery within Hanoi city center and to hotels, pickup at train stations. Fees range from 20,000–100,000 VND depending on location.

How much does motorbike rental cost?

Motorbike rental rates: 150,000–200,000 VND per day, 700,000–1,000,000 VND per week, and 900,000–2,000,000 VND per month.

What documents are required to rent a motorbike?

Tourists: passport, Vietnam visa, International Driving Permit recommended, cash or credit card deposit. Vietnamese residents: National ID, driving license, proof of residence.

What is included in the rental price?

Every rental includes two helmets, basic toolkit, rain poncho, phone holder, free basic maintenance, and breakdown support during working hours, 09:00–21:00. For maintenance, customers must bring the bike to our shop.

Is there a security deposit required?

The security deposit is 2,000,000–5,000,000 VND. Payment via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Full refund on safe return.

What happens if the motorbike breaks down?

Do you sell used motorbikes?

Yes, we sell used motorbikes from Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Piaggio. All bikes inspected, maintenance records provided, test rides encouraged. Limited warranty available.

Economy: $300–600, Mid-range: $600–1,200, Premium: $1,200–2,500 USD depending on model and condition.

Can foreigners buy motorbikes in Vietnam?

Yes, foreigners need temporary residence or work permit, Vietnamese address, valid ID. We assist with paperwork and registration. Rent-to-own and long-term rental options available.

What are Vietnam's motorbike traffic laws?

Helmet mandatory for driver and passenger. Vietnamese license required for residents; IDP recommended for tourists. Right-hand traffic, speed limits 40–60 km/h in cities, no phone while driving, honking common.

How often should motorbikes be serviced?

Basic maintenance every 1,000–2,000km, comprehensive service every 3,000–5,000km, major service at 10,000km. Included: oil changes, tire pressure check, brake adjustment, chain lubrication. For maintenance, customers must bring the bike to our shop.

What if I need repairs during my rental?

In Hanoi: workshop visits, mobile mechanic, replacement bike if needed. Outside Hanoi: customer responsible for repair costs.

Do you offer motorcycle maintenance courses?

Yes, we provide basic maintenance education, including pre-ride safety checks, basic troubleshooting, emergency repair techniques, and proper riding techniques for Vietnamese traffic. Courses include 30-minute orientation with rentals, 2-hour intensive training for long-term renters, group workshops, and custom sessions.
