VinFast Feliz 2025 vs VinFast Evo: Range, Storage and Battery Compared From VinFast and VnExpress Pages
About 6 minutes to read
A VinFast Feliz vs Evo comparison starts with the maker’s own pages, and those pages describe two different battery layouts. The Feliz 2025 page lists a 2.4 kWh battery fixed under the floor with an optional second battery in the storage space; the Evo page describes two trays in the storage space and calls the scooter a battery-swap model. This article sets the two side by side using VinFast’s Feliz 2025 page, its FAQ page, its Evo page, a VinFast press release dated 15 January 2026 and two VnExpress pieces. It says which printed figure is larger without ranking the scooters, and none of the pages covers renting the scooter.
Feliz 2025 and Evo side by side
Source key: FP is VinFast’s Feliz 2025 page, FAQ is VinFast’s FAQ page, EP is VinFast’s Evo page, PR is the 15 January 2026 press release and VX is VnExpress’s Evo specification page. “Not given” means the pages read do not state it.

Each verdict in the last column describes only the printed numbers; the pages do not rank the scooters.
Range: different wording on each page
The Feliz 2025 page gives about 262 km with a second battery fitted and footnotes it as a VinFast test at 30 km/h with two batteries. It adds that real-world range can be lower and depends on speed, temperature, terrain, riding habits, riding mode, passengers or load and traffic. The FAQ page gives about 134 km for the main battery plus 128 km with the second, and about 89 km plus 84 km in mixed conditions; its 6 h 30 charge time does not say whether it covers one battery or two. For the Evo, the page says up to 165 km with a second battery fitted, the press release says up to 165 km in standard conditions with two fully charged batteries, and VnExpress lists about 85 km plus 80 km. None of the Evo pages names a test speed, so the 262 km and 165 km figures rest on differently worded conditions.
Batteries: a fixed 2.4 kWh pack or two 1.5 kWh trays
The Feliz 2025 page says it keeps the design of the Feliz S and describes a two-battery LFP system with one battery fixed under the floor and one removable battery in the storage space, with 2.4 kWh listed and a second 2.4 kWh as an option. The Evo page says the scooter has two battery trays in the storage space that are easy to fit and remove, and the press release gives 1.5 kWh LFP batteries for the battery-swap models. Both pages cite 155,000+ charging ports and swap cabinets nationwide, with no Hanoi figure. The press release says buyers can rent one battery, rent two, or buy the scooter with its batteries; that is a battery plan for people who buy the scooter, not a scooter rental. In the text read, neither the Feliz 2025 page nor the Evo page names a cell maker or a battery model code. For the separate 12-volt battery, see A Scooter’s 12-Volt Battery and an Electric Bike’s Traction Battery: Different Jobs.
Storage and seat height
The Feliz 2025 figures are 34 L of under-seat storage, falling to 15 L with the second battery, and the FAQ says a helmet fits. VnExpress’s September 2025 launch report says the 34 L space holds two helmets. The Evo pages give 12 L with two batteries fitted and mention a front storage compartment. The Feliz seat height is 780 mm on VinFast’s page, the FAQ and VnExpress; no Evo page read gives one. For checking fit and what belongs under the seat, see Scooter Fit Before Renting: A Stationary Test for Short and Tall Riders and Under-Seat Scooter Storage: What Fits and What Must Stay Out.
Size, brakes, motor and warranty
The Feliz 2025 measures 1920 x 694 x 1140 mm with 141 mm of ground clearance and a 2800 W maximum from its in-hub motor; the page adds two riding modes, Eco and Sport, regenerative braking and 14-inch wheels. VnExpress’s Evo page lists 1,856 x 683 x 1,133 mm, 90/90-12 tyres, a front disc and a rear drum brake, and a nominal 1,500 W with 2,450 W maximum. Both VinFast pages cite the IP67 motor rating and a warranty of six years for the vehicle and eight years for the battery, with no distance limit.
Where the sources disagree
The Feliz 0 to 50 km/h time is under 18 s on VinFast’s page but under 16 s in VnExpress’s launch report. The main-battery range is about 134 km on the FAQ page and 132 km in that report. VinFast’s Feliz page prints the maximum power as 2000 W in one line and 2800 W in its table and another line. VnExpress labels its Evo page as the 2025 model, while the press release dates the Evo launch to 15 January 2026 and the Evo page carries no year. VinFast’s menu also lists Feliz II, Feliz 2025 and Feliz 2027 as separate entries, so the Feliz 2025 page does not describe every Feliz.
What the pages leave out
The text read of VinFast’s Evo page gives no specification table, so its seat height, weight and single-battery range could not be read from VinFast’s own page. The pages give no Feliz brake type, no independently measured on-road range and no Hanoi swap or charging locations. They say nothing on rental use, rental deposits or damage terms, and they do not say which scooter suits a particular rider. Choosing between them on seat height is not possible from these pages, because only one model has a figure. The press release dates the first planned Evo handovers to February 2026, and apart from the VnExpress Evo page’s title, which dates its on-road prices to October 2026, no page says when the Feliz 2025 and Evo figures were last checked. For electric scooter listings in Hanoi, the site has a page titled Hanoi Electric Scooter Rental | Flexible Day, Week & Month Options.
